2020 Recruitment is looking to employ a highly motivated, positive and pro-active Administration Assistant on behalf of our Fife based engineering client who delivers specialist engineering products worldwide on a permanent basis.
Main Duties
Assisting with processing of Incoming Orders / Customer Care requested
Liaising with Clients and Suppliers via email and telephone
Products Documents mainly using Javelin
Other general administration duties as required
Skills
Previous experience in relation to the above would be an advantage but not essential as full training will be provided
Must have strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
Salary dependant on experience and qualifications, circa £20-£22K per annum
Hours of Work
Monday to Thursday 08.00 to 17.00 (30 Min Lunch Break)
Friday 08.00 to 13.00
