2020 Recruitment are working with an award winning customer service provider who are looking for Call Centre Agents to join their inbound calls team for an upcoming event.
Based in Kirkcaldy, this role will be temporary for 7-10 days but will be the first of multiple events this year which will be of greater length.
You will be receiving inbound calls and placing orders for a major PPV event.
The Role
As the Call Centre Agent you will be receiving calls from customers purchasing the PPV event. You will be responsible for taking the customers personal details, billing information and providing the highest level of customer service.
Working hours will be between 8am and 11pm with this being split between 2 shifts. You must be available for different shifts on different days.
Due to the demand for this event all successful candidates must be available to work both Friday the 31st of March and Saturday the 1st of April.
Duties & Responsibilities
As the Call Centre Agent your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Receiving inbound calls from customers
- Providing an excellent customer service experience
- Speaking in a polite and clear manner whilst ensuring that the customers’ needs are met
- Handling confidential information in a professional way
- Ensure all details are input correctly
- Deal with all customer enquiries
Requirements
To be considered for the Call Centre Agent role you must have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Great telephone manner
- Reading and writing skills
- Ability to assist customers
- Commitment to work the full contract
