With food being served from 12pm – 9pm the Head Chef will work between 30 and 45 hours per week with the kitchen closing between 3pm – 5pm.

The Head Chef will also be expected to work on Christmas Day with staggered sittings throughout the day.

Pay

As the Head Chef you will be offered a pay rate of £15ph as well as tips with both being paid on a weekly basis.

You’ll help keep a busy manufacturing workshop safe, organised and moving. The work is varied and includes moving components between workstations, power washing equipment, maintaining clean work areas and assisting the production team where needed.

Hours: 07:00–16:00 Monday to Thursday and 07:00–12:00 Friday. Overtime is available at enhanced rates.

• The ability to confidently read and interpret engineering drawings
• Good knowledge of machining processes and measuring equipment
• A strong focus on quality and accuracy
• CNC programming experience would be advantageous
