    We only retain your information for as long as necessary.

    Typically:

    • Candidate records are retained for up to 2 years from your last meaningful interaction with us.
    • Payroll and financial records are retained for the periods required by law.
    • Where you request deletion, we will securely remove your information unless we are legally required to retain it.

    We may retain limited information on a suppression list to ensure we comply with your request not to be contacted again.
