Operations Support Administrator

About the Role
We’re hiring for a General Administrator to join the Worcester site of of our engineering client. This 12-month contract is full-time, on-site (no hybrid), and ideal for someone with a background in office admin who’s confident with tools like SAP and Microsoft Office.
You'll support the operations team with purchasing, reporting, document control, and reception duties. The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail, and a flexible attitude.

Key Details
- Pay: £12.50–£13.00 per hour (PAYE)
- Contract: 12 months
- Hours: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm (30-min unpaid lunch) = 37.5 hrs/week
- Location: Worcester – on-site only

Key Responsibilities
- Reception cover & building access control
- Booking meeting rooms and arranging catering/equipment
- Processing purchasing requests and invoices (SAP & PCard)
- Supporting admin tasks through shared mailboxes
- Raising internal orders/reservations in SAP
- Preparing reports using SAP & Qlik Sense
- Assisting managers, stakeholders, clients, and suppliers
- Following quality, safety, and compliance procedures

What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Office-based admin experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritise
- Team player with a proactive mindset
- Confident working in a fast-paced, on-site team
Desirable:
- SAP (Requisitioner role preferred)
- Experience supporting operational or technical teams
