About the Role:

Full-time, office-based in Dundee (no remote working)

Ideal for candidates with 2+ years post-qualification experience

Focus on delivering high-quality, technically robust projects
Key Skills & Experience:
-
Principal Designer skills (CDM 2015 / Building Safety Act)
-
Solid understanding of CDM 2015 regulations in Scotland
-
Experience in Principal Designer or H&S compliance roles
-
Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, BIM
-
Strong construction knowledge and technical detailing
-
Client liaison and site/project management experience
-
Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
