2020 Recruitment are working with one of our engineering clients who are looking to add a Blaster to their team in the Renfrew area.
This is a temporary contract and expected to last 8-10 weeks.
To be considered for this position you must have experience of blasting using Pro 45 Grit blast and achieving SA2.5 and SA3 standards.
The Role
As the Blaster you will be you be working as a Manual Blast within the companies Manual Blast Chamber. This task demands a right first time manner to maintain the Company’s high quality standards within a fast moving production environment.
Skills & Experience Required
To be considered for the Blaster role you must have the following skills and attributes:
- Working knowledge of Pro 45 Grit
- Ability to achieve standards of SA2.5 & SA3
- Experienced and trained within a similar position
- Health & Safety awareness
Package
As the Blaster you will be offered the following package:
- Hourly rate of up to £20ph PAYE depending on experience
- Estimated 2 months work
- Potential future work
- On site parking
