Commercial Support Coordinator

2020 Recruitment is working with a well-established client in the Perth and Kinross area who is looking to add an experienced professional to their office team. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a salary of up to £38,000 and a Monday to Friday day shift.

This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a varied position where no two days are the same. You will play a key role in the smooth running of the business, supporting different departments and ensuring everything is organised and accurate.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in office administration and accounts, with excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities include

• Managing accounts and maintaining accurate records

• Assisting with basic payroll and accounts tasks

• Uploading invoices into the system

• Using Xero and Microsoft Office to a high standard

• Ordering and placing material orders when required

• Providing support across the business when required

We are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail who can work confidently with numbers and systems while being a real team player. You will need to be organised, flexible, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a busy environment.
