We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our global engineering client's customer focused team in Crewe. This is a hybrid role on an initial 6 month contract basis.
Similar experience in a Customer Service role is beneficial, however a willingness to learn, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team is key. As part of the team, you will be given dedicated training to help you settle into the role. This will provide you with the foundations needed for the day to day role which involves taking customer phone calls, e-mails, placing orders and resolving customer issues.
About the role:
- Inbound Customer Service contact via phone, email and more
- Outbound task such as providing customer updates
- Helping customer place orders over the phone
- Administration work, including data input of customer information and products
- Ad hoc tasks to help with our business need
Key Skills / Requirements:
- You must have a can-do attitude and keen to leave customers with a positive experience
- You must have great listening and communication skills including a friendly telephone manner and care about customers wanting to solve their problems/queries efficiently
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Have good organisation skills.
- Excellent time management skills
Hours of work are:
37.5 hours/week between 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday and Saturday 9am – 5pm (Rota’d - required to work one Saturday in 4).
