2020 Recruitment are working with a new engineering company who have recently opened a facility in Dalgety bay and are looking to add an Engineering Support Administrator to their team.
This is an opportunity for the successful candidate to join this worldwide business as it takes it opens its first UK base.
This role is ideal to someone with an engineering understanding, experience of supporting an engineering process and ambition to eventually take control of the site.

The Role
As the Engineering Support Administrator, you will be responsible for the operation SOP’s, system management, production monitoring, stock control, and warehouse management. You will be the lead within the back office team and will be expected to train and mentor new staff members in the future.
This is a unique role that requires the successful candidate to take on various responsibilities before delegating them to their team when the factory is up and running.

- Production monitoring and reporting
- SOP Management
- Warehouse and engineering management
- Software and programming
- Document control

- Performance Management
Requirements
To be considered for the Engineering Support Administrator you must have the following experience:
- Experience within manufacturing or engineering support roles
- Understanding of the manufacturing process
- Document control experience
- People Management skills
- Ability to operate and program software
- It is essential that you can multitask
- Must be able to commute to and from Dalgety Bay each day
