We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join a well-established business in Cupar. This is a temporary role for potentially up to 3 months, with the view to become permanent for the right person. This position is ideal for someone who can come in and hit the ground running, with a minimum of 5 years' plus office experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Processing purchase orders

Raising customer invoices

Using the Xero accountancy package

Answering and directing telephone calls

Booking accommodation and travel

Filing and general office administration

Assisting with tender applications

General office duties as required to meet the business needs

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
