The company is now seeking an experienced and proactive HSE & Facilities Manager to join their senior team located in the heart of Tayside. This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the General Manager, and will have responsibility for both strategic and hands-on oversight of Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE) and Facilities operations.


The Role:

As HSE & Facilities Manager, you will:

  • Drive a culture of safety and compliance across a 24/7 manufacturing site.

  • Develop and implement robust HSE policies, procedures, and KPIs.

  • Monitor and influence operational practices to eliminate hazards and improve site performance.

  • Lead audits, training, and incident investigations.

  • Manage fire risk, first aid compliance, water safety (Legionella, Asbestos), and environmental obligations.

  • Provide strategic oversight of engineering facilities, including team planning, PPMs, and project delivery.

This role requires a confident leader who can inspire others, set clear standards, and ensure regulatory and operational excellence.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong manufacturing background with significant HSE leadership experience.

  • NEBOSH qualified with a deep understanding of current HSE legislation and best practice.

  • Proven people management and coaching skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

  • Hands-on experience leading engineering/facilities teams is beneficial.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and performance analysis.

  • Comfortable delivering KPIs, budgets, and long-term change projects.
