Exciting opportunities have arisen within a well established, award winning Fife based international engineering company for Hydraulic/Mechanical Technicians on a permanent basis. Must be fully qualified for this position and have previous experience within a similar role.
These positions will primarily be based within Glenrothes, however, you must be willing to work offshore and travel internationally to suit the needs of the business.
If you do not have offshore certification, funded training will be provided by our client for the right persons.
- Hydraulic pressure testing
- Must be able to read and interpret schematic assembly drawings
- Fault finding and finding effective resolutions
- Identify any mechanical issues and carry out any repairs needed whilst implementing improvements
- Installing and overhauling pumps and pipework for a variety of clients, on and offshore
- Experience in operating mechanical systems
- Testing, running and operating onshore and offshore equipment
- Attending and participating in toolbox talks
- Must be willing to work to a high safety standard and to company stringent regulations
- Be a team player
