2020 Recruitment are looking for an outgoing, confident, and self-motivated individual to join our Fife based Estate Agent as their new Letting Agent.
This is a permanent position and a great opportunity for someone to develop their career within the industry.
The position is full-time, Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm. There is a requirement on a rota system to cover the emergency mobile at weekends. A clean driving license and access to a suitable vehicle are essential.
The Role

Duties & Responsibilities
As the Letting Agent your duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Attend Rental Valuation Appointments with prospective Landlords and Investors – Face to Face
- Producing Personal Property Tour Video for online listing and social media
- Self-Promotion on the social media channels which demonstrates your expertise in lettings and/or property investment skills.
- Executing an outstanding customer experience by displaying a knowledgeable, professional, enthusiastic and friendly manner at all times.
- Advising landlords and investors of the current market conditions, trends and changes in legislation.
- Determining the clients needs through active listening and displaying a confident and proactive response.
- Competent in providing investment advice in relation to property portfolio purchases and financial/mortgage referrals.
- Ensure that every effort is made to cross sell company products for mortgages, lettings and maintenance.
- Maintain the clients’ files and ensure that all information and documentation is recorded accurately and in line with GDPR guidelines.
- Conduct lettings viewings.
- Matching the correct tenants with the right property to further ensure a smooth tenancy and management experience.
- Additional task will be outlined by management.
Requirements

- Any previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential
Package
As the Letting Agent you will be offered the following package:
- Salary of £23k - £25k
