2020 Recruitment are working with one of our Engineering clients who are looking to add a Multiskilled Labourer to their team in Glenrothes.
This is a permanent contract working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week (days).

Job Summary
The Multiskilled Labourer will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks within a manufacturing facility. This includes tiling, flooring, joinery, general repairs and facility upkeep. The role requires versatility, proficiency with hand tools, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, minor electrical, and facility upkeep.
- Install and repair tiles, flooring, and other surface finishes.
- Carry out joinery tasks such as fitting, assembling, or repairing wooden fixtures and furniture.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols.
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance, construction, or related trades.
- Proficiency with hand tools and basic power tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Physically fit.
