2020 Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Glenrothes-based client CTDI to support the continued growth of their production team. We’re currently recruiting Production Operatives for ongoing positions that could lead to permanent employment for those who consistently deliver on performance, efficiency, and reliability.

What We’re Looking For:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• A strong work ethic and excellent punctuality

• Previous production or manufacturing experience (preferred)

• A recent work history – any gaps in employment must be explained

• Two references, including one from your most recent employer

• Physically able to be on your feet all day

• The right to work in the UK, with supporting documentation

Working Hours

Sunday to Thursday, 11pm – 7am

Pay Rate

£15.57ph

After the first 12 weeks probationary period your rate will then increase.
