Office Administrator - West Lothian

2020 Recruitment is recruiting for an Office Administrator on a permanent basis for our national engineering client based in Livingston,

As Office Administrator the role will include working with the leadership team by providing general office tasks such as filing, coordinating calendars, organising meetings and minute taking.

To qualify for this position you should ideally provided administration support in a similar engineering environment, be detail-oriented, professional and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This is an office based full time position. Working hours are 8am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday with Fridays working from home.

 

Office Administrator Requirements

  • Several years office administration experience in an engineering environment preferred
  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multi-task, possess excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Maintain general office filing systems and other files/documentation related to the company’s operations
  • Carry out general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, preparation of company documents as required
  • Have the ability and confidence to attend company onsite meetings and take minutes effectively and distribute accordingly
  • Coordinate and manage appointments, schedule meetings, etc.
  • Undertake other office duties as required to meet the needs of the business
