2020 Recruitment are delighted to be working with our Newbridge based client who are looking to add Production Operatives to their team.
This is a temporary to permanent contract with the opportunity to work within an established business who continue to grow their UK operations.
As the Production Operative you will be working continental shifts both days and nights on a 4 on, 4 off basis. Working hours are 6-6 and due to location, your own transport would be required to get to the facility on time.
The Role
As the Production Operator you will be responsible for the packing and inspection of all products as the leave the production machinery. You will be working in a loud and warm environment that manufactures materials for industries including the NHS, Car Manufacturers, Aviation and even Hollywood.
Duties & Responsibilities
As the Production Operator your duties will include:
- Packing all finished product
- Checking for an defects or errors
- Ensure customer specifications are met
- Work alongside experienced members of staff to develop skills
- Always maintain health and safety procedures
Requirements
To be considered for the Production Operator role you must meet the following:
- Be reliable, on time and willing to work
- Happy to work in a loud, warm facility
- At least 18 years of age
- Due to location own transport is required
- Previous experience in a production/manufacturing environment would be beneficial
- Health and safety awareness
