2020 Recruitment is looking for an experienced Recruiter to support our client, a well-established global business within the life sciences sector. Working across pharmaceutical, laboratory, manufacturing and commercial environments, they have a significant international presence and work with organisations involved in scientific research, development and production.
This is a fully remote role on an initial 3 month assignment, with a view to being extended, working across a varied mix of white and blue collar permanent vacancies.
This role would suit a Recruiter who is comfortable managing multiple vacancies and supporting the full recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Manage a range of permanent vacancies across multiple disciplines
- Source and engage suitable candidates through job boards, databases, LinkedIn and other channels
- Screen and qualify candidates against role requirements
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
- Coordinate interviews and provide feedback
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand individual vacancy requirements
- Write and manage job advertisements
- Maintain accurate recruitment and candidate records
- Manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience throughout
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working within recruitment, either agency or in-house
- Experience recruiting permanent positions
- Comfortable recruiting across both white and blue-collar roles
- Experience within pharma, laboratory, manufacturing or commercial recruitment would be beneficial
- Confident sourcing candidates and managing vacancies independently
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload
- Available to commit to an initial 3 month assignment
