2020 Recruitment are working with a national decommissioning client who are looking for a Rigging Supervisor to join their Methil based team.
This is a permanent position within the business.
This is a PAYE contract only and is more suitable for local labour as there is no accommodation or travel costs offered.
The Role
As the Rigging Supervisor your duties will include:
- Responsible for the execution and safety of a lifting operation
- Carry out approval of all risk assessments, lift categorisation and method statements
- Ensure that each lifting operation is planned safely and have good working knowledge of lifting operations and safe working
- Being responsible for supervising the lifting operation and safely operating the safe system of work (in accordance with the Method Statement), as well as all other associated tasks.
Requirements
To be considered for the Rigging Supervisor role you must have the following:
- Valid certification
- Recent experience in a similar role
- AP Certified would be an advantage
Package
As the Rigging Supervisor you will be offered:
- Hourly rate of £19 - £20ph PAYE
- Overtime rates at 1.25/1.5
- 40 hours basic on average
- Annual leave of 34 days a year
- Weekly pay
