We are seeking an experienced, self-driven Site Engineer to join our clients team in Tayside and nearby locations. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in managing projects efficiently, maintaining high standards, and delivering excellent client service.
Role Overview:
As Site Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring all project work is delivered safely, on time, and to specification. You will oversee multiple sites, coordinating teams and resources, and act as the primary technical contact between clients and the company. The role requires a focus on health, safety, quality, and cost efficiency, while supporting the growth and success of each project.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up, maintain, and monitor site operations

Set out roads, sewers, and structures accurately

Ensure compliance with company standards and client specifications

Review project designs and drawings, assessing changes and variations

Attend project meetings and liaise with management, clients, and subcontractors

Organise labour, plant, and materials across multiple projects

Conduct land, stockpile, and construction surveys

Supervise on-site work to ensure quality and adherence to specifications

Prepare site reports, drawings, and documentation

Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to teams
