2020 Recruitment are delighted to be working with our leading Civil Engineering contractor who are looking to add to add a Technical Engineer to their team in Aberdeenshire.

The Role
As the Technical Engineer you will provides technical leadership for engineering activities, ensuring quality compliance, accurate setting-out, and coordination of temporary and permanent works.
Duties and Responsibilities
As the Senior Technical Engineer your duties will include the following:
- Lead engineering teams on setting-out, quality checks, and site surveys.
- Produce and review ITPs, method statements, and quality records.
- Coordinate with designers, temporary works teams, and construction staff.
- Manage engineering deliverables to meet programme requirements.
- Provide technical input for NEC early warnings and design change assessments.
Requirements
To be considered for the Technical Engineer you must have the following:
- Proven Senior Engineer experience in civils.
- Strong understanding of QA processes and temporary works.
- Competent in digital construction tools (AutoCAD, GPS equipment, 3D models).
