We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Welder to join our client’s growing team in Fife. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking for stable, long-term work, with the potential for a permanent position following an initial temporary 12 week period.
The successful candidate will have solid experience working with heavy steel and demonstrate strong fabrication capabilities. You should be confident in interpreting engineering drawings and capable of producing high-quality work to precise specifications. While experience welding aluminium would be advantageous, it is not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities will include fabricating and welding heavy steel components, ensuring all work meets required quality and safety standards, and collaborating effectively with team members on larger projects. The ability to work independently, manage your time efficiently, and maintain close attention to detail is essential.

This role offers a starting pay rate of £20.78 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay). This will increase after your probation period. It’s a great opportunity for a motivated and skilled welder seeking a secure, long-term career move.
